Founder of ACA — a cross-border family office and investor club connecting Munich, Hong Kong and London — and Co-Founder of T&E Partners, the European presence of Topaz Family Office HK. Having lived and built businesses across Hong Kong, London and Munich, Elaine has developed deep expertise in cross-border family capital and built trusted relationships with family offices, private investors and institutions across Greater China, the UK and Europe. Through her global network, she fosters strategic partnerships among families, investors and entrepreneurs, while supporting the next generation of global leaders through mentorship and knowledge exchange, including talents from leading universities such as Oxford, Cambridge and other top institutions. Her vision is to strengthen the flow of capital and insights between Greater China and Europe, with Hong Kong and Germany serving as key regional hubs.

Leads strategic operations for the Piëch Family Office (fourth-generation Porsche-Piëch family) and serves as COO of its venture arm, AMYP Ventures, overseeing initiatives across North America while maintaining strong European family-office and VC ties. With nearly a decade of operational experience in Mainland China, he brings deep cross-cultural expertise from early-stage growth through expansion.

Runs his family investment holding, Altenburger Enterprises, investing in real estate, media and venture capital. After an MA in Mathematics of Finance at Columbia University he spent 14 years at Bank of China International HK — raising over USD 500 billion across 1,000+ transactions — and in 2021 co-founded Harbour Industrial Capital to channel investment into tech startups.

Founded QAI Ventures and scaled it into one of the world’s most active investors in quantum technologies by deal count, with a first fund that has outperformed its vintage peers. Operating from Switzerland and Singapore, QAI connects capital, talent, quantum technology and industry across Europe and Asia. A scientist by training, an ecosystem builder by practice, and an operator who has built a firm from its first investment to an institutional-grade platform in just three years. The result is proprietary access to a market of fewer than a thousand quantum companies worldwide — sourced early, priced with discipline, and diligenced by professionals who understand the underlying physics.

Vice President at Happiness Capital, the venture arm of the five-generation Lee Kum Kee family, investing globally across healthcare, foodtech, deeptech and environment. He brings an operator-led background across strategy, business development and product — previously at FinTech unicorn Calastone and later leading global expansion at payments unicorn TrueLayer — and holds an M.A. from the University of Cambridge.

Over 20 years in finance, with a BSc and MBA from Hochschule für Finanzwirtschaft & Management (Bonn) and a summer term at Harvard. After the German banking sector he moved to Switzerland in 2019 to focus on private equity and venture capital for family offices — working on triple-digit-million direct deals, including a 400 MW offshore windfarm — across tech, renewable energy, crypto, real estate and liquid strategies.

CEO and Co-Founder of Topaz Family Office Limited, a multiple family office spanning wealth management, investment allocation, succession planning, family trusts and global tax planning. Co-Founder and Vice Chair of the Family Office Association Hong Kong (FOAHK) and an independent advisor to several single family offices; he also chairs the Supervisory Board of the Algo Challenge Association.

Partner at Fosun Wealth Holdings and Co-Secretary General of the China–Hong Kong Operation Committee of the Fosun Group. Actively invested across European asset classes — finance, automotive, healthcare, real estate and luxury goods — she holds an MBA from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and has held senior management roles across the Group.

Leads the Sensing & Robotics research area at RWTH Aachen with a team of 30 researchers, specializing in AI, cognitive robotics and digital-assembly systems. He has delivered high-impact projects for global leaders including Siemens, Porsche, Boeing, Volvo, Geely, Airbus and Accenture, and is a key figure bridging Sino-German cooperation in robotics and Industrial AI.

Member of the Brenninkmeijer family, representing Principalis AG, a Switzerland-based family office focused on private markets and real assets. He represents both Principalis and the ANTHOS family office, overseeing strategic asset allocation, portfolio monitoring and risk management.

Member of the Linack family, representing Linack GmbH & Co. KG, the family’s single-family office focused on long-term wealth preservation through strategic investments — with a strong emphasis on real estate and selected co-investments alongside leading family offices. He also runs a dedicated venture arm backing innovative companies, and advises on real-estate portfolio optimisation, asset restructuring and strategic investment management.

Board member of the Schartner-Wunderlich Single Family Office, built step by step with a focus on long-term value and partnerships. Entrepreneurial and hands-on, he is actively involved in several ventures — guided by trust and relationships as the foundation of success.

Represents Ray Family Office (UK), a multi-strategy single-family office spanning direct investments, private equity and selective fund commitments across enterprise software, life sciences, automotive, consumer and real estate. A board member and advisor with 20 years of international leadership, he counsels UHNW families on asset protection and multi-generational wealth.

Founder of venture firm Tiburon and an active business angel with investments in 150+ pre-seed and seed companies across Germany, France, Spain and the US. His track record includes Xing, Trivago and Lokalisten; he previously founded getmobile AG and took it public in 2005.

Co-Founder and General Partner of XAura Ventures, an investment club of next-generation family offices and family businesses across 30+ countries. He also serves as Venture Partner to Munich-based Tiburon GmbH, facilitating early-stage investments globally.
