ACA is a private, invitation-only investor club connecting leading family offices, institutional LPs, and asset managers across Asia and Europe. With flagship locations in Hong Kong and Munich, we bring together a curated community where business, lifestyle, and genuine trust intersect.

ACA was founded by family offices, for family offices. We understand how private capital operates and what it actually takes to build meaningful cross-border relationships. Our community is shaped by its members, not sold to them.

Not at all. Group chats are open, unstructured, and unaccountable. ACA is a physical club with curated membership, a year-round event programme, and dedicated locations you can use as a workspace when travelling. Every interaction is intentional and every member is personally vetted.

Event organisers bring people into a room. We build the relationships that happen inside it. ACA is not in the business of selling tickets or filling seats. Our events are curated around member interests, capped in size, and designed to deepen existing trust rather than exchanging business cards. The event is the vehicle; the community is the point.

ACA creates the conditions for relationships to form. What members choose to do with those relationships is entirely their own. There is no commercial agenda sitting between you and the people you meet here.

Most private clubs focus on venue and lifestyle. Most business clubs lack a cross-border network and have no specific focus on family offices or institutional investors. ACA does both. We maintain a minimum 60% FO / MFO / Institutional LP / UHNWI composition across all events and interactions, and we actively facilitate engagement rather than leaving members to find each other.

Our membership is structured to ensure the right room composition at all times. We target approximately 60% Single Family Offices and Institutional LPs, 20% Asset Managers, 10% Corporate and Financial Institutions, and 10% Service Partners. Each category is capped to protect the integrity of the community.

Our programme spans three pillars. Business and Investment Events include monthly curated investment sessions, sector deep dives, cross-city tours, and cross-border webinars. Lifestyle and Community Events include member-hosted hobby gatherings, wellness experiences, sports activities, and social evenings. Members receive access to ACA's physical club locations in Hong Kong and Munich, participation in club events at complimentary or member rates, priority reservation for dinners and signature events, guest privileges, and the opportunity to co-build an ACA Inner Circle Investor Club. Full benefit details are available upon enquiry.

Individual memberships are available on a monthly basis, with a reduced rate for members under 40. Corporate umbrella memberships cover multiple individuals under one annual agreement, with preferential individual rates. Founding Member pricing is available for a limited period only. Detailed rates are shared during the application process.

Submit a registration of interest, including your referral where applicable. A referral from an existing member significantly strengthens your application. We will arrange a brief introductory call or meeting, after which your application is reviewed and approved by the ACA board. Membership is by invitation or referral only, and all applications are subject to internal review.

We work with a select number of partners who add genuine value to our member community. Partnership opportunities range from co-hosting curated investment events and sector deep dives, to joint product development and distribution within the ACA ecosystem. We are deliberate about who we bring in: partners are chosen for strategic fit and relevance to our members, not volume.
